Throw These Animals Out

Throw These Animals Out

By: Android

We Americans have really done ourselves some damage, friends. If we don't take responsibility and deal with it, the last 226 years of American history will mean nothing. Don't you get it? Pakistan has nuclear weapons. Pakistan is barely controlled by a military leader, someone whom the people did not elect. Regarding biological weapons, we guarantee an even tougher strain of anthrax, or something unimaginably worse, by using vast amounts of over-priced Cipro. On the home front, we just gave our permission to allow the U.S. government to come into our homes, search through our stuff, and never tell us. They don't have to tell us when they get there. They don't have to tell us why they were there. The damage we are doing to ourselves is very severe, and could easily get worse. With a real epidemic, we restrict travel. With nuclear and biological weapons, death tolls will be so great as to make the number 6,000 seem like six. With the loss of our civil rights, we become slaves.

George Bush, in his ham-fisted, mentally deficient, and corporate lapdog manner is turning all our beliefs around. Fascism becomes patriotism, enslavement becomes security, enemies become friends, and propaganda becomes truth. We are no longer secure in thought, word, and deed. We have given up our right to protection from illegal search and seizure. We are accidentally bombing innocent people in our fervor to destroy the perpetrators. We are watching propaganda on the TV, and nobody seems to know what is true or false, and even fewer seem to care. We must do something about this situation. We must muzzle George Bush's idiocy.

I do not believe in government conspiracies. The larger the organization, the less the likelihood of a conspiracy. What I do believe in, is evil institutions. The Nazi Party, tobacco companies, sweat shops, the slave trade, the Taliban, and the current administration are evil institutions. While I do not believe the current administration caused the September 11 bombings, I do believe they allowed the bombings to happen, either by design or by incompetence. While I do not think we should roll over and allow the perpetrators to get away with their evil acts, the current conflict is just plain stupid. Where's the proof? What's the plan? How do we know when we have won? What will come afterwards?

That our elected leaders are allowing us to lose our identity as U.S. citizens in this battle, a battle with a group which may not even be the enemy, is outrageous. That our elected leaders voted to give up our freedoms in the panicked call for security, and gut our economy to pay off corporate giants for allowing GW to steal his office is unacceptable.

Respectfully, I suggest we use the next election to throw these animals out.
