An Open Letter to Ann Coulter

I see that your reign as the shrieking shill for the right has begun to lose its power. I have watched you denounce yourself through your denouncement of the intellect of the female gender, saying that "women do not have the capacity to understand the issues", and that you have denounced yourself by saying "you can tell the little people anything and they will eat it up" and other derogatory remarks that attempt to minimize the intelligence of the public. Well, Ann, it would seem that you understand so little the manner of your handlers. You have overlooked that your soapbox was erected at the care and feeding of the monster that you have been tooled by. And now your shrill shrieking voice is no longer an asset. Now your masters have started to regard you as superfluous and a distraction to their larger goals. Oh Ann. How you have failed yourself. Did you enjoy your 15+ minutes of fame? I surely hope so. I do so hope that those brief fleeting moments in the glow of the sun will keep you warm for all of eternity. I know that your mirror only reflects your inner vacuity, so I do not believe that you will understand a word that I have written. How could any of this apply to you, the Ann Coulter, the carefully groomed tool of the "right"?

Maybe you will understand the next parallel: Do you know when you are in a group of people and someone starts a joke and each person begins to enlarge on the joke, remember what invariably happens? Someone takes the joke a little too far. Well, Ann, that someone, this time, was you. And now you have become a liability. No longer an asset. Oh my. Let's see how far your star falls, burning its bright tail across the sky to end in darkness and creating yet another vacuum.

My hope is that the vacuum is filled with something much more benevolent.
